On April 4th I hopped on a train to the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Chicago to volunteer for an invitation only CMO Executive Summit. It was my first time in a top end luxury hotel. The first thing I saw when I entered my room on the 44th floor was a couple of skyscrapers and a lakefront view. At the conference itself most of my time was spent attending sessions. The speakers were great and I learned a lot about how CMOs interact with one another. Many larger brands were represented there such as Google, Adobe, Bloomberg and Harley Davidson to name a few. It was a quick but valuable experience.
